DIY Epoxy Embellishments

Hello.   Today I'm showing a quick way to make embellishments from your scraps.

Epoxy embellishments are popular right now, and they are very easy to make.

To make these cute embellishments you will need:

1.  Paper Scraps
2.  Paper Punches
3.  Glossy Accents Glue

Use your paper punches to cut shapes from your scrap paper.

You can also use stickers,  cardstock pieces from the embellishment pack, or designs cut from the patterned paper.

I even used one of the rub-ons.  First, I put it on plain white cardstock and then cut it out.

Step 2:

Add Glossy Accents to your paper pieces.

The glue will be a bit cloudy until it dries.

Tip: I used a small amount of temporary adhesive underneath each piece before adding the glossy accents on top.  This helps to keep in place as you are adding the glue on top.

  Step 3:

Let dry for several hours or overnight depending on the thickness of the glue. These took about 4 hours to dry.

They will dry clear and shiny and be ready to use on your pages and cards.

Creative Scrappers - Sketch 304 - Cat Daddy

Hello. Today I'm sharing my layout for Creative Scrappers Sketch 304.

I love a grid layout and this sketch is perfect!

I made my embellishments by cutting the feathers and script words from patterned paper and used some pop dots underneath. Easy!

Please join creative scrappers on instagram @creativescrappers and use the hashtag #creatingwithsketches to show us what you created.
