Creative Scrappers - February Sketch 303 - Speckles

Hi Everyone.  Today I'm sharing my layout for Creative Scrappers sketch 303.

If you own a cat you are probably familiar with this scenario.  Your cat has to be right in the middle of whatever you might be trying to do.

I wanted to add some texture to this layout, so I cut the paper in 1/2 inch strips and folded the edges up to add some dimension to the page.
